Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.

  • For hygiene/safety, opened or used items (e.g., batteries installed) cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Damaged or defective items due to misuse (e.g., using wrong batteries) are not eligible.

Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund fully.

Non-Quality Returns
You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund is for product cost only.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer service with order number and reason.

  2. We provide return instructions.

  3. Ship back (keep tracking).

  4. After inspection, new item ships within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timing
5–10 business days after we receive the return.
